Use this app to try to recover lost files that have been deleted from your local storage device (including internal drives, external drives, and USB devices) and can’t be restored from the Recycle Bin. Recovery on cloud storage and network file shares is not supported.

To create installation media, go to the software download website, where you'll find step-by-step instructions. On that website, you can select a version of Windows and create your own installation media using either a USB flash drive or a DVD. When deleting a folder or group of files: Select the folder or group of files to be deleted. Hold down the SHIFT key while pressing the DELETE key. -or-. Open a command prompt window. Use the MS-DOS command DEL to delete the folder or files. NOTE: Be aware that after files are deleted in this manner, they cannot be undeleted or recovered.

In the search box on the taskbar, enter device manager, then select Device Manager. Select a category to see names of devices, then right-click (or press and hold) the one you’d like to update. Select Search automatically for updated driver software. Select Update Driver.
